OrganoClick AB publishes its annual report for 2016
OrganoClick has during the year had a continuous good organic sales growth of 28 % to a net revenue of SEK 38.8 million. The growth has been in particular strong within the business unit Functional wood which had sales of SEK 38.5 million. In December we finalised our first acquisition of the company Biokleen Miljökemi which supplies maintanance and cleaning products for demanding outdoor application for the DIY market. Biokleen had revenue of SEK 23.0 miljoner during its business year Sept 2015 – Aug 2016. OrganoClicks sales (pro-forma) including the acquired Biokleen therefore increased to SEK 61.8 million the business year 2016.
Important activities and milestones from the business year 2016:
- Total net sales of SEK 38.8 (30.5) million
- Net sales (pro-forma) including the acquired company Biokleen Miljökemi of SEK 61.8 million
- EBIT of SEK -29.7 (-20.8) million
- Distribution agreement for OrganoWood's wood protection system in the UK and Ireland
- Supply agreement with a leading European manufacturer of cable insulation
- Preview of Nyarp's burial coffin made in OrganoComp®
- Acquisition of Biokleen Miljökemi which had revenue of SEK 23.0 million the business year 2015/2016
