OrganoClick appoints new R&D Director

OrganoClick’s current R&D Director, Dr. Juhanes Aydin will resign on his own request from his position as R&D Director at OrganoClick. He will instead start a new position at the Swedish research institute RISE. As new R&D Director, OrganoClick has appointed Mrs Maria Wennman who has worked within OrganoClick’s R&D organisation for 8 years. At the same time, OrganoClick appoints Dr. Salman Hassanzadeh as new Innovation manager.

Maria Wennman holds a Master's degree in Molecular Science and Engineering with a focus on polymer chemistry from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. In 2012, she started working for OrganoClick as a development engineer responsible for the development of OrganoClick's biobased binders for nonwoven. In recent years, she has worked as a project manager for all OrganoClick's external development projects that have been carried out together with customers. In parallel, she has continued to be responsible for the development of the company's binders. Maria is the inventor of 4 patents that concern OrganoClick's biobased binder technologies.

Under Maria, Salman Hassanzadeh will take up a new position as Innovation manager. He will work and be reponsible for the the company's innovation projects . Salman Hassanzadeh holds a Ph.D. in formulation chemistry and has worked at OrganoClick for five years with the main responsibility for the development of the company's water repellent treatments (OrganoTex) and the further development of the company's wood protection technologies. Salman is the inventor of 3 patents and is the author of 15 scientific publications.
