Åhléns signs rental agreement at Östermalmstorg in Stockholm

Åhléns has as the first tenant signed a rental agreement with Deamatris Förvaltning AB at Östermalmstorg in Stockholm.
Deamatris Förvaltning AB, owned 50/50 by Peab Sverige AB and FastPartner AB, has recently started the construction activity of a new building in the Krejaren quarter, also known as “Folkanfastigheten” at Östermalmstorg in Stockholm. The house will contain 4100 square metres trading, 4700 square metres office and 1300 square metres flats.
The Åhlén agreement includes all the trade space in three floor plans from the underground level and upwards. The length of the agreement is ten years. The time for moving in is estimated to the autumn 2009.
