We’re very proud for the opportunity to build this apartment building and at the same time collaborate with a new customer.

We’re both pleased and proud to have been chosen as the contractor for this community building project which is very important for both the local community and all of Sweden. The project makes high demands on us as contractors since the building will contain a large amount of unique documents that cannot be replaced. In the planning phase together with Specialfastigheter we have focused a great deal on analyzing solutions that meet these demands and planned for the approaching construction phase.

The trend from the fourth quarter continues with a declining housing market. However, investments connected to the public sector remain on a stable level. The level of orders received was lower than the first quarter last year but the level of order backlog continues to be good.

We have a great deal of experience in renovating schools in the capital city region. It’s wonderful to also be part of this project where we can use our expertise in renovating culturally historic buildings.

It´s great that we can now add SSAB Zero™as a new product in our zero-emission steel family, as it enables us both to meet customer demand earlier and take another step toward mitigating climate change. We´re looking forward to deepening our partnership with Peab by bringing SSAB Zero™ to the construction industry.

We have amassed a great deal of experience concerning apartment renovations in Helsinki. We’re proud to carry out this project as well, where our expertise in a number of areas will come well to pass. This type of project requires good planning, broad know-how and collaboration between different professions.

We look forward to continuing to work on the extension of Trollhättan’s wastewater treatment plant together with Trollhättan Energi AB. This is a technically challenging project with underground chambers and basins deep below the ground, which requires a great deal of consideration and technical expertise. Working together with engaged partners to create conditions for Trollhättan to grow feels important and instills pride.

We’re pleased to have been entrusted with building the new police station together with Specialfastigheter. Building police stations is complex and makes high demands on us as contractors and we’re proud to contribute with our expertise in this project.

Participating in providing passable roads in Sweden is an important job for us as community builders and we’re very proud of this work. As a road contractor for the Swedish Transport Administration we monitor road conditions 24/7 year round, regularly make inspections and take measures to ensure our roads are safe.

We’re very pleased to have been entrusted with this project together with Willhem. In recent years we have built several major housing projects in Halmstad and our organization is very experienced in housing production. We look forward to contributing with our expertise to making new rental apartments available in downtown Halmstad.

As community builders we’re really happy to be part of building the new ice skating rink. It’s meaningful to participate in something that promotes activities for young people and brings people together.

We’re really pleased and proud to handle operation and maintenance in Österåker Municipality and the fact that our commission has been extended is the blue ribbon stamp on our work in previous years.

We’re really pleased to be part of reinforcing the new road and improving traffic safety on it. We will put a lot of effort into avoiding damaging the cultural historical values on and near the road. One of the challenges will be to preserve, protect and move the milestones from the 1800s that are close to the edge of the road.

We’re proud to be part of building this new swimming pool facility. It will be a fine meeting place for both training and relaxation for everyone living in Nacka and visitors to the community.

For 2022 Peab reported a stable profit in challenging times. With our high order backlog and strong financial position, combined with our broad business model, we can handle a multitude of circumstances in different segments and geographies.

It’s an honor to continue developing Gothenburg together with Stena Fastigheter. We look forward to working together and contributing to more homes in Högsbohöjd. Naturally we’re really pleased to contribute to improving traffic safety and passability with the new road. One of the challenges in the project is that the road goes through an area where the terrain requires extensive blasting.

We’re very pleased to be entrusted with extending the university grounds with a building that will meet the University’s needs of today. We really look forward to realizing this project together with Akademiska Hus.

This deal will enable Peab to be part of the renovation of the center of Tapiola and cement our strong role in new housing production in the area. We’re proud to now be able to build homes for around 300 people in the center of Tapiola, which is one of the most popular residential areas in the capital city region, well known for its architecture, location close to the sea and rich culture.

The ice skating rink is a project that I know means a lot for the whole community which gives extra meaning to being part of building it. We really look forward to starting construction and contributing to a new, updated ice skating rink for Alingsås residents. There are a lot of us that will enjoy sports events here and will be very proud that Peab is in the bones of the building.

We look forward to the project and thank Fastighets AB L E Lundberg for entrusting it to us. Renovating Tulpanen, which will make it feel like an entirely new place, will hopefully bring joy to residents of Norrköping.

This project is an important investment for the future of Landskrona residents and we’re proud to contribute with our expertise. We’re very pleased to be entrusted with continuing to improve downtown Stockholm. Kungsgatan is a challenging project, especially since we need to keep traffic flowing and businesses running during construction. There are a lot of similarities between upgrading Kungsgatan and Vasagatan, which we completed this summer together with the traffic department.

Building schools is some of the finest work we do. I’m very pleased that we can continue to use our craftsmanship and expertise, which is a result of our extensive experience in school projects.

It’s an honor to be entrusted with this project and we look forward to collaborating with regional properties. Rebuilding a hospital complex is both interesting and demanding. In addition to providing the Högland Hospital with modern and fresh premises, we are focused on making sure that the hospital continues to function with the least possible disruption.

We’re proud to be able to contribute to more efficient energy production and help Senja Avfall take an even more active role in the green transition. As a local community builder we’re very interested in working on an industrial project of this size. We look forward to finding good, sustainable solutions together with our customer that will provide environmental advantages to Northern Norway.

Our goal is to become a local community builder in Norway and in recent years we’ve supplemented our operations with companies that further this ambition. The acquisition of AOL is part of our strategic focus in eastern Norway. With its some 120 employees the company will be an important complement to our civil engineering operations in the area.

Peab reported continued growth in net sales after the first nine months of the year. We continue to handle cost increases well although they have not been fully compensated. The level of orders was relatively stable although homes were a smaller portion.

We’re proud to have been entrusted with this project. The new building with offices, a restaurant and a concert hall will be an important contribution to Karlshamn’s development.

When we double our production capacity to meet market demands we’re taking a technological leap from manual to automated manufacturing through robotization and smart machines. In addition, we’ll be able to produce concrete elements with at least 50 percent alternative binder as standard, ensuring our leading edge in climate improved prefab production.

We’re very proud to have received this commission. Swimming pool facility construction is both interesting and demanding but we know we’re well equipped to deliver one in close collaboration with our customer to the residents of Malung.

Peab reports continued growth in net sales and improved profit after the first half-year. We continue to handle increases in costs well, although we have seen some impact on the operating margin. Despite the shaky situation in the world around us our level of orders is high.

This project is an important investment in the future for the residents of Åstorp and we’re proud to contribute to it. The school will be a meeting place for both students and personnel as well as everyone in the community. In other words, it’s a great example of our locally produced community building.

This is a very unique project with an extensive sustainability approach, where Peab with its knowledge can add a lot. As the Nordic community builder, it is an honour to be involved in modernising such a central neighbourhood in the heart of Stockholm.

It’s great that we can now carry out our fourth renovation project for HEKA and continue our smooth collaboration in this second stage. The renovation will be a huge lift for the residents of Pihlajisto.

One of our strengths in this project is our organization and experience in construction for industry. Peab is a fount of expertise, in part due to the good exchange between our four business areas. Now we’re moving into the production phase and I look forward to begin construction together with BAE Hägglunds AB.

The acquisition of Asfaltti-System Oy strengthens our expertise in maintenance and ensures the continued progress of our operations. The acquisition is a natural extension of our close collaboration in asphalt operations that started back in 1980 when the company was called Valkealan Konepaja.
