Judgement in a civil case in Norway

Peab 2009 brought an action on a claim against the State of Norway through Samferdseldepartementet. The dispute relates to delay costs in a construction of Stasjon Lysaker in Oslo, which Peab started in 2006. In Norwegian judgement in civil court, Peab has granted an amount less than the amount claimed.
Judgement will not have any impact on Peab's financial results.
