Mats O Paulsson appointed managing director in Peab Industri AB

The Peab board of directors have asked the AGM in May 2007 to pass a resolution accepting a proposed distribution of all the company’s industrial activities to the shareholders. Distribution will take the form of shares in a subsidiary to be named Peab Industri AB. It is intended to list the B-share of Peab Industri on The Nordic Exchange during 2007.

Mats O Paulsson, 48 years and deputy MD in Peab AB, has been appointed managing director in Peab Industri AB and he enters his position on 1 January 2007. Mats O Paulsson has been employed in the Peab Group since 1999 and he is today responsible for the business areas Civil Engineering/Industry.

Peab’s MD Mats Paulsson will be proposed as chairman of the board in Peab Industri.
