Peab AB publishes addition to the offer document

Peab AB (publ) ( "Peab") makes additions to previously published offer document in respect Peab public offer to the shareholders and holders of convertibles in Peab Industri AB (publ) ( "Peab Industri").

The addition to the offer document has been prepared in response to the Board for Industrial Peab November 24, 2008 published his statement regarding the Peab offer. The addition also contains the statement that on behalf of Peab Industrial Board prepared by Evli Bank Plc and the SET Revisionsbyrå AB.
