Peab acquire F18 in Tullinge

Peab has acquired F18 in Tullinge Peab has acquired the old airfield F18 in Tullinge in the community of Botkyrka. The seller is the Government-owned real estate company Vasallen. A new city area, Riksten, is planned to be built on the old airfield. Within the next 10-15 years there will built around 2.500 new flats and houses in the area, which measures 925 acres. The area today keeps 30.000 square metres of manage properties. The purchase sum is SEK 80 million and the direct yield is 9 per cent. - We see a great potential at the old airfield F18 in Tullinge.
