Peab acquire Vasa Betong Peab has acquired all shares in the finish family-owned company Vasa Betongstation AB (Oy Vasan Betoniasema). The turnover of Vasa Betong amounts SEK 40 million and the company has three plants for production and sale of pre-mix concrete in the Österbotten area in Finland. - This is Peabs first acquisition of production units for pre-mix concrete in Finland.
