Peab acquires a land property in Sigtuna

Peab has acquired the land property Steningehöjden in the community of Sigtuna. The intention with the acquisition is to build a new urban area dimensioned for about 900 dwelling units. The acquired property has an area of 110 acres and is located between Sigtuna and Märsta. The purchase sum amounts to SEK 130 million. Peab is responsible for the production of streets, footpaths, bikeways, and public local water- and sewage system. The planning work has started and the first detailed planning is estimated to be ready in the beginning of 2006, when the work will start.
