Peab acquires a larger land area in Klagshamn

Peab has acquired the real estate property Tygelsjö 76:1 in Klagshamn, south of Malmö. The area has an extent of about 1.400 acres and it is today partially planned for house building. The purchase money amounts to SEK 72 million. Peab has earlier developed the area together with the former owner ISAB II. - Klagshamn, situated next to the entrance of the Öresund bridge, is today one of the most expansive areas in the Öresund region.
