Peab acquires Almqvist Bygg in Gnosjö

Peab has acquired Almqvist Bygg in Gnosjö. Almqvist Bygg has 25 employées and the annual turnover amounts to SEK 40 million. The company has its activities in the GGVV-communities, which means Gnosjö, Gislaved, Värnamo and Vaggeryd. Peab shares A part of the purchase price will be paid with Peab shares. The activity will during the next years be carried out with the original name; Almqvist Bygg and during this time the former owner Åke Hallemyr will remain in the company.
