Peab acquires building rights in Ulriksdal in the city of Solna

Peab has acquired the remaining building rights at the field of Ulriksdal and a part of the real estate Järva 4:11 in Frösunda. The city of Solna is the seller and the purchase sum amounts to about SEK 860 million, which will be paid in stages in the same pace as the development of the area. The contract is conditioned by approval of the municipal council of Solna. In Ulriksdal plans are made to build 900 apartments and 500 city terrace houses and building work for up to 5.000 workplaces. The total area is about 265.000 square metres. In Frösunda plans are made to build an office house for about 400 workplaces. The total area is 11.000 square metres. The development of Ulriksdal will be carried out during 10-15 years and the total production for Peab’s part is estimated to about SEK 7 billion. - The investment in Ulriksdal is an interesting future project, where we together with the city of Solna will develop a new part of the city.
