Peab acquires NBA in Örebro

Peab has come to an agreement about acquiring all shares in the construction company NBA, Nybyggarna i Nerike. Peab hereby takes over all staff, ongoing contracts and the order backlog in NBA.

NBA has mainly its activities in the Örebro area. The company has about 200 employees and the turnover during 2005 amounted to SEK 273 million.

The agreement requires approval from the Competition Authorities. Take over is estimated to 31 December 2006.
