Peab acquires properties from Vasallen

Peab has signed an agreement with Vasallen to acquire a large property portfolio with properties in Borås, Karlskrona, Södertälje and Visby. Access is made ​​on 1 July 2012.

Total acquisition includes 135,000 sqm floor space with a contracted rent of SEK 50 million, and development rights of approximately 360,000 sqm gross floor area.
