Peab and Fabege Divide Ownership of the Building Rights in Solna
Peab and Fabege has agreed to split ownership of the company Visio and the building rights for the old Råsunda plot close to Solna Centrum in Sweden. The original property covers approximately 16,000 square meters of existing office buildings, approximately 19 000 sqm commercial building rights and approximately 70 000 sqm residential building rights.
Peab and Fabege has agreed to split ownership, which means that Peab acquires all residential building rights. Fabege acquires existing office buildings and a commercial building right.
Residential building rights equivalent to about 700 apartments. In two blocks; Klacken and Liraren. Block Klacken will include about 340 apartments and built in blocks of 6-9 flats, including garages and commercial premises on the ground floor. The houses' design will be made so they blend in with the existing residential buildings around it. Construction is expected to take place in March 2016 and preliminary occupation in summer 2018. The neighborhood Liraren will begin tentative summer 2017.
On the commercial building right Fabege will construct an office building for companies such as Telenor Sweden.
