Peab and Folksam have acquired 50% of Kvarnholmen Development, Nacka

Peab and Folksam has formed a joint venture company which has acquired KF Real Estate’s share in Kvarnholmen Development and another company containing development rights. After the acquisition Kvarnholmen Development is owned equally by JM and by the Peab and Folksam jointly owned company.

Kvarnholmen Development is to carry out the development rights for the production of more than 1 500 new apartments.

Kvarnholmen is a peninsula in Nacka Municipality, attractively situated opposite the island of Djurgården in Stockholm inlet.
