Peab build rental flats for Poseidon in Gothenburg

Peab has been commissioned to build 148 rental flats in the Gårda quarter in Gothenburg. The client is Bostads AB Poseidon and the contract amounts to SEK 173 million. It is a turnkey contract which will start in October 2009 and moving in is planned to be in stages from November 2010 to April 2011.
