Peab builds a meeting point for IKEA

Peab has been contracted to build a meeting point for the IKEA Group on the Svågertorp area in Malmö. The customer is IKEA Fastigheter and the contract amounts to SEK 289 million.
The building will consist of two units with four or two levels. Adjacent to the office building will be built a parking garage with approximately 200 parking spaces. The building will be certified in compliance with BREEAM SE.
It is a turnkey contract where the planning has begun and completion is expected by July 2015. The project will be reported in the fourth quarter 2013.
