Peab builds a new block in Jönköping

Peab has been contracted to build homes and shops in central Jönköping. The client is HSB Gota with Corallen AB and the contract amounts to SEK 147 million.
The commission consists of the construction of 42 new apartments and 8,000 square meters of retail space at the Algen block in central Jönköping. The block is the third and final phase of the Jönköping urban development Atollen, which includes three new city blocks with homes, shops, parks, offices, streets and squares at Munksjön berth.
Work will begin in May 2013 and is scheduled for completion in spring 2015.
