Peab builds a new swimming facility in Gothenburg

Peab has been contracted to build a new swimming facility in Angered Centre in Gothenburg. The client is Higab group and the contract amounts to SEK 292 million.
In addition to swimming designed for exercise, recreation and rehabilitation, the facility will include a rink for hockey and figure skating, and a smaller ice for other activities. A gym and a café will also be included in the facility.
It is a partnering contract, where work will commence in January 2011 and be completed in December 2012.
