Peab builds a research building in Lund

Peab has been commissioned to build a research building in the Brunnhög area in Lund. The customer is Fastighets AB ML 4 and the contract is worth SEK 247 million.

The building will be erected on Odarslövsvägen just north of the research facility MAX IV and will comprise a gross floor area of about 6,400 m2.

The project is a turnkey contract in cooperation. The project will begin in May and be completed in December 2021.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2019.
