Peab builds a residential care facility in Karlstad

Peab has been contracted to build the residential care facility Oskarslund in Karlstad. The client is the municipality of Karlstad and the contract amounts to SEK 195 million.
The care facility will consist of 95 apartments designed for specific health care needs. Oskarslund will get a clear environmental profile concerning the housing environment and building materials and the building will be environmentally certified.
Work has begun and is expected to be ready for use in November 2015.
The project will be reported in the first quarter of 2014.
