Peab builds apartment building in Bandhagen
Peab has been commissioned to build an apartment building with 61 apartments in Bandhagen, south of Stockholm. The customer is Aktiebolaget Familjebostäder and the contract is worth SEK 150 million.
The project, the Färgfilmen Block, entails construction of a low-rise building with four stairwells. The 61 apartments will be placed on six floors with the penthouse divided into two apartments. Technical space and 28 parking spaces will be constructed under parts of the building, which will be built according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.

The project is a traditional contract. Construction is planned to start in December 2021 and occupation is planned for the fourth quarter 2023.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2021.
