Together with the customer Peab has produced a project with apartments that suit young adults with jobs or students.

The property, located at Östra Farmvägen/Celsiusgatan in Malmö, will consist of four buildings that have a varying number of stories. The total gross construction area will be around 22,000 m2.

“We’re proud to contribute with our expertise and use it to build apartments for young adults in Malmö. This is local community building at its finest,” says Peter Lindstedt, Region Manager Peab.

“The collaboration between Trianon and Peab makes it possible to deliver apartments with a reasonable rent for young Malmö residents. We’re both pleased and proud about this,” says Olof Andersson, MD at Trianon.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in the first quarter 2023 and occupation is planned for the first quarter 2027.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2022.
