Peab builds apartments in Ängelholm

Peab has been contracted to build 54 new apartments close to Rönne river in central Ängelholm. The project concerns Rönnebrygga with Backahill as customer and the contract amounts to SEK 161 million.

The apartments are situated in a prime location and will have a high standard, and will be divided over five buildings with a common underground parking.
Planning will commence in August 2013 and the project is expected to take 24 months.
