Peab builds apartments in Enkoping

Peab has been contracted to build 132 new apartments in the center of Enköping. The client is AB Enköpings Hyresbostäder and the contract amounts to SEK 214 million.

The contract is allocated to three 13 storey tower blocks. Under and between the houses there are parking spaces at ground level.

The assignment is a turnkey contract in collaboration where work will commence in September 2015 and it is expected to be ready for occupancy in December 2017.

The project will be reported in the second quarter of 2015th
