Peab builds apartments in Järvenpää
Peab has been commissioned to build three apartment buildings in Järvenpää in Finland. The customer is Avain Rakennuttaja Oy and the contract is worth EUR 14 million.
Peab has been commissioned to build three apartment buildings in Järvenpää. The customer is Avain Rakennuttaja Oy and the contract is worth EUR 14 million.
The project entails building three high-rises with a total of 119 apartments in Järvenpää. It is located in Terhola in Järvenpää where Peab is currently building three high-rises and a parking garage for the same customer.
“The new project will be our third for Avain Rakennuttaja in the area. We’re proud to have been entrusted with building all our customer’s homes in Terhola,” says Marko Rinkinen, Region Manager Peab.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in August 2022 and the project is expected to be completed in March 2024.
The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2022.
