Peab builds apartments in Kolbotn Norway

Peab has been commissioned to build 80 apartments in central Kolbotn located on the outskirts of Oslo. The customer is Kantor Terrasse AS, and the contract is worth NOK 192 million.

Peab is the general contractor for this turnkey project consisting of two buildings to be erected in two stages.

The apartment buildings are four respective five stories, each with an underground garage. The project also includes smaller business premises facing Kolbotn Square on the street level first floor.

The total size of the project is 14,100 m2. Construction has begun and is expected to be completed in May 2018.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2016.
