Peab builds apartments in Limhamn’s Sjöstad in Malmö

Peab has been commissioned to build 99 condominium apartments and an underground garage in Limhamn in Malmö. The customer is HSB Projekt in Malmö and the contract is worth SEK 183 million.

The three buildings are right next to the pier Glasbrukskajen, which gives many of the apartments a fantastic view of the ocean.

The apartment buildings will be constructed according to environmental building level silver of the Sweden Green Building Council.

This is a turnkey contract. Construction will start in May 2017 and is expected to be completed in November 2019.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2017.
