Peab builds apartments in Mölndal

Peab has been contracted to renovate and expand the block Hajen in Mölndal Centre. The client is Mölndalsbostäder and the contract amounts to SEK 430 million.
 
198 new homes will be built in the block, distributed in a 16-story building and three five-storey building on an existing property. First and second floor of the block will be office and retail premises and Mölndal City Library.
 
Preparatory work with the Hajen block has started and the project is scheduled for completion in late 2017.
 
The project will be reported during the third quarter of 2015.
