Peab builds apartments in Örebro

 
Peab has been contracted to build 60 apartments and 70 condominiums in Örebro. The client is the BJC Group and Arbonova. The contract amounts to SEK 193 million.

The project is called Johannesörten, the John’s wort, and is located in the Southern Sörbyängen. It is a turnkey contract with a construction start in November 2015 and occupancy is expected in September 2017.

The project will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2015.
