Peab builds apartments in Oslo

Peab has been commissioned to build 59 apartments in Ammerud in Oslo. The customer is Møllerveien 2 AS, owned by Fredensborg Bolig, and the contract is worth NOK 183 million.

The project entails building 59 apartments in two buildings and with commercial space on the ground floor. The basement level will include among other things parking spaces.

“We’re proud to continue our good collaboration with Fredensborg Bolig after having recently worked together on the project Waldemars Tårn at Alexander Kielland Square in Oslo,” says Trond Ormstad, Region Manager Peab.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in October 2021 and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2023.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2021.
