Peab builds apartments in Östersund

Peab has been commissioned to build 48 apartments in Östersund. The customer is Östersundshem and the contract is worth SEK 130 million.

The tenant owned association Fjällblicken apartments will be housed in two separate buildings and comprise two to five room apartments that run from 75 to 125 m2.

This is a turnkey project and construction has already begun. The apartments are expected to be ready at the end of 2017.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2016.
