Peab builds apartments in Ronneby

Peab has been commissioned to build 84 apartments in Ronneby, Blekinge County. The customer is AB Ronnebyhus and the contract is worth SEK 169 million.

The project consists of three apartment buildings with four, five and six floors respectively, amounting to a total of around 11,000 m2, including a basement and garage. The buildings will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad 3.0, class silver.

The project is a turnkey contract in cooperation. Construction will begin in June 2019 and occupation is planned for June 2021.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2019.
