Peab builds apartments in Sandefjord

Peab has been commissioned to build 44 apartments in Sandefjord south of Oslo. The customer is Conceptor Bolig and the contract is worth NOK 105 million.

The project comprises building two apartment buildings with a total of 44 apartments. The apartments will vary in size from 57 to 122 m2.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin before the summer of 2020 and occupation is planned for December 2021.

The architect in the project is PV-arkitekter.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2020.
