Peab builds apartments in Stockholm

Peab has been contracted to build a total of 120 new rental apartments in Stockholm for three different projects. The total contract amounts to SEK 200 million.

In the district Tensta Peab will build 51 apartments for Svenska Bostäder that will be ready in March 2013.
In Norra Djurgårdsstaden 39 rental units will built for the client Reinhold Gustafsson, with occupancy in June 2013.
In Hägersten Stockholmshem has ordered 30 apartments that will be finished in March 2013.
