Peab builds apartments in Tromsö

Peab has through its subsidiary Bjørn Bygg been made the general contractor for the turnkey housing project Himmel & Hav in Tromsö, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 182 million.

The project is centrally located south of Tromsö city center and the 87 apartments in the seven floor building will vary in size from 37 to 120 m2. Peab will also build a garage in connection to the apartments.

The customer is Strandvegen Utvikling and construction is planned to start in January 2017. The project is expected to be completed in December 2018.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2016.
