Peab builds apartments in Turku
Peab has been commissioned to build apartments in Turku. The customer is As Oy Turun Oskarinpuisto and the contract is worth EUR 11 million.
The project entails building two four story high rises with a total of 80 apartments in the city borough Raunistula in Turku. The project also includes the first section of a parking garage and a basement floor with communal and technical space.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in September 2022 and the project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2021.
