Peab builds apartments in Umeå

Peab has been commissioned to build 91 apartments in Umeå. The customer is Nydala Bostäder AB through Slättö Förvaltning and the contract is worth about SEK 100 million.

The project consists of six separate buildings with a total GFA of some 7,000 m2. The apartments are primarily 2 and 3 room apartments.

This is a turnkey project, planning has begun and construction should start in the beginning of 2017. The apartments are expected to be ready in the autumn of 2018.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2016.
