Peab builds apartments in Vantaa
Peab has been commissioned to build apartments in Vantaa. The customer is Sato-Rakennuttajat Oy and the contract is worth EUR 15 million.
The project entails building two high-rises with a total of 159 apartments in Vantaa Keimolanmäki.
“Our latest project together has just been completed and is ready to be turned over to our customer. This new project will be a great continuation of our successful collaboration with Sato. We are proud to be able to contribute to augmenting residential options for people in Vantaa,” says Marko Rinkinen, Region Manager Peab.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in October 2021 and the project is expected to be completed in May 2023.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2021.
