Peab builds apartments in Växjö

Peab has been commissioned to build 136 tenant-owner apartments in Växjö. The client is Riksbyggen and the contract amounts to SEK 215 million.
The apartments will be built on the South Station area in central Växjö, where they will help to increase densification in a meritorious manner.
Work will begin in autumn 2016 and the apartments will be ready for occupancy in the spring 2019.

The project will be reported in the third quarter in 2016.
