Peab builds assisted living facilities in Borlänge
Peab has been commissioned to build assisted living and nursing home facilities, a day center and a home care central in Borlänge. The customer is Magnolia Bostad and the contract is worth SEK 208 million.
Peab has been awarded the project Gyllehemmet in Borlänge that comprises about 10,000 m2 gross floor area (GFA). The project entails new construction of 47 apartments in assisted living facilities, a nursing home with 54 rooms, premises for a day center and home care central as well as a pre-school for 120 children.
The project will be built on the property Gyllehemmet 2 next to the tenant-owner apartments Brf. Örjansgården.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction is planned to start in the autumn of 2020 and is expected to be completely finished in the last quarter of 2022.
The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2020.
