Peab builds cold storage unit in Hyllinge
Peab has been commissioned to build a cold storage unit in Hyllinge northeast of Helsingborg. The customer is Evolv Frysen 1 AB and the contract is worth SEK 111 million.
The new cold storage unit will be located in the southwest section of Hyllinge. The building will contain a cold storage room with connecting delivery dock, personnel and utilities rooms as well as passages into the existing building where the current offices will be renovated. The new construction area is 6,400 m2 and around 250 m2 will be renovated. The unit will be built according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction is planned to start in December 2023 and the project is expected to be completed in February 2025.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2023.
