Peab builds elderly housing at Värmdö

Peab has been commissioned to build 56 apartments for the elderly housing community Ljung at Värmdö, located in the archipelago of Stockholm. Peab received the order from the municipality of Värmdö and the value of the contract is MSEK 95.

The commission is a total contract. Construction will commence in April 2008 and the final inspection is expected to be held in July 2009.
