Peab builds for Lundbergs in Linköping

Peab has been contracted to rebuild the quarter Braxen in central Linköping. The client is building AB LE Lundberg and the contract amounts to SEK 175 million.

The project consists of an extensive refurbishment and extension of existing commercial space. The project also includes rebuilding and renovating existing facilities for among others Åhléns. On top of the commercial premises shall be built offices in several new floors, which is to create approximately 4,000 sqm of new office space.

Work will begin in spring 2013 and will be completed in its entirety in the summer 2015th
