Peab builds Hässleholmsporten

Peab has been contracted to build the so-called Hässleholmsporten in Hässleholm. The client is Kunskapsporten the contract amounts to SEK 137 million.

Hässleholmsporten will become the country's first combination of attractive sheltered housing and condominiums. The building will be 15 stories high, and it will house 72 apartments and six condominiums. Work will begin in December and is scheduled for completion in spring 2012.
