Peab builds high-rise in Esbo, Finland

Peab has been commissioned to build a high-rise in the city of Esbo, Finland. The customer is the state-owned rental company A-Kruunu and the contract is worth EUR 15 million.

The new high-rise will contain 121 apartments totaling 6,400 m2.

The project is a turnkey contract and work begins in August 2018. The apartments are expected to be ready in August 2020.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2018.
