Peab builds homes in Kungsbacka
Peab has been commissioned to build 84 homes in central Kungsbacka. The customer is Aranäs fastigheter and the contract is worth SEK 182 million.
Peab has been commissioned to build three tower blocks in the center of Kungsbacka on the block Finken in Tingberget. The towers will contain a total of 84 homes with a two story garage under them along Kungsgatan.

“It’s fantastic that our long range work on developing Tingberget is coming to fruition and really great to realize our ideas in cooperation with a strong actor like Peab,” says Pär Karlsson, Head of Property Development and Projects at Aranäs.
The project for Aranäs is a traditional contract. Construction will begin immediately and occupation is planned for the spring of 2025.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2022.
