Peab builds homes in Oulu
Peab has been commissioned to build apartments in the city of Oulu. The customer is Health City Finland Oy and the contract is worth EUR 12 million.
The project entails building two high rises next to each other with a total of 179 apartments. One of the buildings will be seven stories and the other will be six.
“We’re very proud to carry out this project and contribute to new residential choices for the people living in Oulu. Building homes is one of Peab’s areas of expertise,” says Matti Joensuu, Region Manager Peab.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction starts in June 2021 and the project is expected to be completed around the end of 2022.
The project will be order registered in the second quarter 2021.
